Merci, Paris.

Bye Paris.

Thank you for the opportunity to learn. Thank you for teaching me tolerance and giving me even more room to expand my mind. Thank you for allowing me to adapt to foreign habits that are not so foreign anymore. Thank you for giving me a global mind-set and for increasing my boundaries to a new level.

Thank you for giving me self-confidence. Thank you for helping me to improve upon myself as an employee, a student, and as a person. Thank you for giving me timidity and modesty in an unfamiliar place and for allowing me to build myself up from a new beginning Thank you for humbling me, showing me my place, and for letting me branch out from the bottom.

Thank you for letting me discover. Thank you for letting me wander a new country, city, and self. Thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone, for leading me astray, and for guiding me into what was once the unknown. Thank you for self-discovery and showing me what kind of person I want to see myself as in the future.

Thank you for giving me flexibility, with my schedule and my mind. Thank you for showing me spontaneity rather than carefulness and reserve. Thank you for letting me be quick on my feet with not just myself but others, and giving me the ability to run in a different direction when I choose to. Thank you for teaching me that it is not bad to change my mind or to choose a different path.

Thank you for giving me the drive and determination to work harder than I did before. Thank you for expanding my goals and for forcing me to reach higher. Thank you for pushing me when I didn’t want to be pushed and forcing me when I thought I had no more energy. Thank you for giving me a purpose to work harder than those around me and to find motivation in every aspect of life.

Thank you, Paris. Until next time.
