My last few weeks of my study abroad experience were great. I got to see many different things that London had to offer while still feeling like a local. I said goodbye to my coworkers at the internship I was doing which was sad. They were all very welcoming to me even though I was there for a short time and I am very happy that I took this summer to study and work in London. Being here during the women’s world cup was also a great experience. My friends and I traveled to Paris for one of the USA soccer matches against Chile and got to see the team play at Paris St Germain stadium. I have these memories too look back on and share with my family when I come home to Pittsburgh.
