The Dublin Docklands are a great fit for high-tech corporations because the area is prosperous. Right now the tax for Ireland is in favor of businesses and Brexit is scaring companies located in England, so big companies like Microsoft and Google are moving in. There are multitudes of talented people in Dublin to work for the high-tech companies. Due to the fact that there is low tax and scores of qualified individuals, the Dublin Docklands are great for corporations to set up branches or headquarters.
