A commercial opportunity that DocuSign is addressing in the expansion to Ireland is the company is able to increase the size of the workforce within Ireland from 400 workers to 1000 (theoretically). The perks of this workforce expansion is that DocuSign will be able to produce more of its services more quickly than before. A challenge that the company faces is the size of their presence in the market. The articile from the Irish Times states that DocuSign only has 5% of the total addressable signature market, so the company must focus on increasing their influence within that market.
