I just arrived in the Charlotte airport and have about 1 hour before I board the flight to Dublin. I am filled with a slight dread to sit on a 8 hour flight and land at 5 am, but I am super excited to get to Dublin. The main reason I did this program was the opportunity to travel to Dublin. Now it is finally time to make my way to the city and explore everything Ireland has to offer with my new friends. I can’t wait to learn more about European and Irish culture while I am away in Dublin.
