Hard and Soft Skills Journey

Embarking on an international internship is a profound journey that extends beyond professional growth, fostering the development of both transferable soft and technical hard skills. My time in the Czech Republic with Lincoln Property Company has been an enriching experience, offering insights into finance while enhancing my global competencies. I am going to be reflecting on the crucial soft and hard skills I have gained and how my global competencies have enabled me to navigate cross-cultural situations effectively.</p>

One of the most significant soft skills I have developed is communication. Working in an international environment necessitates clear and effective communication across different languages and cultural contexts.
