Living and interning in Prague has been an enriching experience that has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. During my time here, I have developed several transferable or “soft” skills that are essential in any career. Additionally, my internship at Presto Ventures has provided me with a wealth of technical or “hard” skills relevant to the field. Furthermore, my global competencies have been instrumental in navigating cross-cultural situations, enhancing my ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

The soft skills I developed include communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, problem solving, critical thinking, and time management. One of the most critical soft skills I have honed in Prague is effective communication. Living in a foreign country where English is not the primary language has compelled me to become more articulate and clear in my interactions.
