It has been an interesting week at work.  For the first eight weeks or so of my internship I was given lots of varying projects with interesting work.  in the last week, the work that I have been doing has definitely been coming to a close.  At first I was confused at why I wasn’t being assigned the same quantity of work I had been for most of my internship.  I was wondering if it had to do with the quality of work which I had been putting forward but I doubted this as my boss seemed pleased with my work and I was proud of it.  As I thought about it more, I realized that my boss understands that this is my last week of work and doesn’t want to have me working on a lot of projects that then I all of a sudden leave.  I understand this but it is still slightly frustrating.

My plan to still be productive in my last week of work is to do my best on the work he does assign and then to spend time writing a synopsis of things I think can help improve my companies vision.  I think this is the best way to be productive in my last week of work understanding that my boss is being reasonable in giving me less work.
