My name is Micah Headley and I am a rising freshman at the University of Pittsburgh. I grew up and have lived my life thus far in rural Tennessee.

I decided to leave Tennessee for Pittsburgh to advance my academic career and interest in business. While I am unsure of the exact path I want to follow, I am in interested in finance, accounting, and supply chain management.

I am a huge sports fan, I love to compete in all aspects of life, and I am extremely excited for the Woodcock Global Honors Fellowship.  A massive component of advancing my academic career is the ability to study abroad, which is why I signed up for this program. I have a powerful desire to learn about different cultures, and I can not wait to see how my visit to Ireland contributes both to my person and my studies.

This next month is sure to be filled with adventures and positive experiences; I can’t wait to share as many as I can!
