I don’t have a personal connection to Ireland family-wise.  I do have two friends that I met in Washington D.C. that are from Ireland and live about 3 hours away from Dublin.  This connection didn’t help convince me to come on the trip since I met them after committing to the program.  However, I am excited about site visits with multiple large companies and expanding my international travel experience.
