The GEC has their biggest opportunity in their most recent 10-million-euro expansion project. With this new addition in the heart of Dublin, they have the ability to attract local entrepreneurs and achieve their goal of attracting people who can have positive impacts on the local community. One commercial challenge that is presented is what happens if these entrepreneurs that are being attracted do not succeed in what they are doing. It not only reflects poorly on the GEC, but it also results in a failure to help the local community.
My question for the GEC is: how do you select who is allowed to operate in the GEC, or is any entrepreneur allowed to do business there?
