This past summer has been an experience of personal, professional and academic growth. I got to live and work in a China for two months which was an unreal and amazing experience. As the summer came to an end I began to reflect upon my time in Shanghai. I realized that I have grown tremendously. Specifically when it comes to confidence. Before leaving for China I would say I was timid and not entirely confident. This summer I experienced a different culture and met so many new people I can confidently say this summer has pushed myself to grow as a person.

I also got to explore a lot. This summer I traveled to Suzhou, beijing, huangshan, hangzhou, and so many places within Shanghai. I am grateful for the experience this summer has given me because it has helped me grow.
