When discussing my deliverable, I will demonstrate my credibility by making sure that I give concrete suggestions, telling Molly how to implement the suggestions, and then telling her why she should implement the suggestions. This will prove that I have done thorough research and that I am a credible source of suggestions. Outside of this, we can make sure to keep in constant communication with Molly and make sure that we keep the scope limited during our discussions in order to not come off as too cocky and remain grounded.

We will make sure that we listen to Molly and let her communicate her needs and interests to us and then respond in a manner that lets her know that we listened to her, but are still keeping our original scope in mind. We will also make sure that we don’t deliver any empty promises, but just tell her that we have their best interests in mind and give her improvements based on those.
