The Cliffs of Moher was a great opportunity for us to leave the city and see the countryside and natural beauty of Ireland. Especially because today was a bank holiday, the Cliffs were packed with tourists which made the experience a little less enthralling. However, once we found our own space and could walk around a little, it was beautiful to have the cliffs on one side of us and the Irish landscape on the other side. I’m not sure it’s a place where I could constantly return to, but it was fun to explore for a little while and see what all the hype was about.
We didn’t have too much time in Galway today, but it seemed like a lovely city with a younger population than Dublin. There were plenty of restaurants and food opportunities, as well as pubs and other nightlife. Similar to how 2GoCup has taken a monopoly over Killarney, ShareClub could look to partner with the city council to quickly be placed across the many different shops in Galway. However, this would require substantial product infrastructure between the app, cup distribution, and public awareness, which ShareClub currently does not have. However, as more of a long-term goal, I don’t think Galway would be a bad city to try to propose that plan to.
