People say that you gain invaluable knowledge in any job experience. This is true for my time abroad in London. Working at my internship, I gained many soft and hard skills.

Some soft skills would include leadership and organization. As an intern, I have had multiple opportunities to conduct group meetings and facilitate brainstorming sessions. It is helpful to be organized at all times to know what to discuss in meetings. In addition, being organized helps move the promotion schedule along and get things done in time.

The primary hard skill that I have learned is operating Adobe Premiere Pro. This helps in editing content, making it feel authentic and true to the brand. I learned what works with the target audience and what they find generally appealing to watch! These skills will help me move forward in my career, especially in the graphic design and video field.
