Farewell, for now

This weekend was our final in Pittsburgh for the duration of this program! I can’t believe there are only 10 days left in this program. Let’s do a quick weekend walkthrough!

Saturday morning, a few of us went to the Waterfront and went to Target (I bought dorm supplies), Barnes & Noble (I got 2 books), and we saw Fantastic 4: First Steps! It was wonderful, I really liked it.

Then we headed back to campus where we got ready to go to a Pirates game! It was my very first baseball game, and I owe thanks to everyone who helped me understand it. The Pirates won, the drone show was cool, and most importantly, I got to see the Pierogi Race! Truly an unforgettable experience (even though it got delayed due to bad weather).

Sunday, I was able to have lunch with my family, and then I packed! And packed some more.

Then today morning, we headed to Pittsburgh International Airport, and landed at Philadelphia International Airport, where we now have a layover until our flight to Dublin!

It was a fun weekend, and I’m excited to see everything in Ireland!
