Hello,

It has now been almost two weeks since I have arrived in London and I am loving it! My experience traveling from the airport to my apartment in Camden was something I was nervous about, but was surprisingly easy since the tube system is simple to navigate. I am very happy to be living in Camden throughout this program since it is filled with things to do! The Camden Market, for example, is only a short walk away and filled with diverse food stands and countless shops.

Other than exploring Camden, I have used my spare time to go sightseeing. With CAPA, we went on a bus tour that showed us all the major tourist spots like Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and St. Paul’s Cathedral and it was amazing! Also, I have seen South Bank, the Millennium Bridge, London Museum, British Museum, Greenwich, and got to ride the London Eye. There’s much more to do in the coming weeks but I am thrilled to have seen so many iconic sights already!
