It’s hard to believe that it is already the midpoint of my internship here in Germany. So far I have had the opportunity to sit in on important business meetings with potential business clients and do work that I think will really contribute to the success of the company. Today I got an assignment that I am really excited about. My boss has asked for my assistance in developing a B2B marketing concept for the Birkholz consumers. I don’t have much experience with B2B marketing, but I am excited for this challenge.

Additionally, I am continuing to work on my German in the workplace. Today we received a massive 72 slide powerpoint ( all in German) from the company that is doing the content marketing for the Birkholz website. It took me almost 2 hours ( and a little help from my german-english dictionary) but I managed to read and understand the entire thing.
