This week we have a new intern from Norway. He is a Chinese Norwegian whose parents are from China. So now there are two people who can speak Chinese in the office, though we communicate in English when working. The rapid emergency of Chinese face is attracting people’s attention. And my boss started to plan for the China expansion. We create a Chinese LinkedIn page for to attract investor last week, and this week we create a side for our road show presentation called International Expansion – China. According to KPMG 2016 half year report, property acquired by Chinese investors is 10 billion in 2015, and Chinese investment in U.S. real estate is a long-term phenomenon. That is why my boss is so enthusiastic about China market. Hope I can help him expand the China market.
