Due to my internship with an insurance company, I do have a slight background in InsurTech. At the firm I was working with, we used the Applied technology from Epic to do all our business. Applied is how we would issue quotes, keep data, and maintain coverages. Tis piece of technology streamlined the entire business and made accounting much easier since everything could be pulled up rom the database by search.

I have no idea what Industry 4.0 is, but it sounds like an interesting emerging area of IS that would be extremely important to know about to gain prowess in business and industry. It seems Industry 4.0 helps novel ideas hit the market to keep industry fresh and create new capital.
