Irish History

There’s a lot of tension between the Ireland and Great Britain in the past. Obviously, the tragic event known as “Bloody Sunday” is the most recent, notable affair to cause strife between the new nations. Great Britain recently voted to leave the EU; an organization Ireland is a part of. That was their last tie together with Ireland, as they are governing themselves outside the UK. I think it will be interesting to see how relations are since Ireland, and Dublin specifically, will be such an important commerce and innovative city in Europe moving forward.  Their past is already put behind them to an extent, but we will see if a grudge is still held and how that will impact them in the business world.
