One opportunity for DocuSign is just the fact that they are expanding to Dublin. Dublin is great because within the 1,000 employees they are planning to hire, they know they will all be tech savvy, as well as they will be from paces that aren’t just Dublin. Their new employees could be originally from anywhere in Europe since Dublin draws people firm all over, which, in turn, brings diversity to the company and opens up even more avenues for cooperation and expansion.

            Conversely, one challenge DocuSign will face is being able to sign the same type of companies they found in Silicon Valley in Europe. Silicon Valley is an established tech hub of the world, always expanding with new startups and new companies growing and innovating more and more every day. Dublin, however, is up and coming and finding those same sorts of companies will be slightly more challenging and something DocuSign has to prepare for.

This diversity brings a lot of versatility to Google EU and opens up collaborative opportunities in Europe and the rest of the world. Utilizing the ability to collaborate with almost anyone, google can continue tom expand its tremendous reach and continue to grow.  

One challenge Google has and will continue to have is a good problem to have. They will have to be able to maintain their community presence and the money and events they send and host for startups. They are doing a great job of supporting the community and need to continue that in order to reach the triple bottom line and grow as an international company.
