Credibility With a Client

I am going to demonstrate my credibility with the client by doing extensive research before the presentation and including that research within my presentation. This shows the client that I am interested in the subject and care about their company’s mission. It also establishes a background for me, meaning that I know what exactly I am talking about and am involved in more than just a class project. I will discuss this background research with the team and ask for their insight so that we can share information with each other.  

To connect with the client, I am going to ask her more about the company’s mission and talk a little bit about why I care about sustainability. This shows that I am passionate about ShareClub’s purpose: sustainability. This also helps me tailor my presentation more to my client’s needs, as the client is motivated by the company’s mission, and I intend to sustain and advance it.
