Hallo!

My name is Logan Kready and I am studying abroad in Berlin, Germany this summer! I am a rising junior at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Finance and Accounting while minoring in Economics and pursuing my certificate in International Business. I have been learning German for 5 ½ years, so I am really excited to immerse myself in the German culture, improve my conversational skills, and begin my adventure abroad in a new city!

During my time in Berlin I will be working for Sirius Facilities GmbH as a finance intern. Sirius is a real estate company that specializes in operating its branded business parks and providing a flexible workspace for its customers. I will be working directly with its property portfolio managers, while focusing on its regional financial analysis and cash flow valuations. I am extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work for Sirius, as I believe I will gain valuable experience that will play a vital part in my future career!

I grew up in the small town of Manheim located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, so for the next 3 months I will be faced with a fairly large change in scenery. However, I am excited for the challenge ahead and cannot wait to make some amazing memories!
