G’Day!

I can’t believe this trip is already coming to an end.  It has gone by so quickly, and we have just about four weeks left.  This post, I wanted to talk a little bit about more about the skills that I have gained through my internship and from studying abroad!

This trip has been incredibly rewarding. I have gained phenomenal experience that I am excited to use in my future internships and jobs.  Working at Marley Spoon has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The most rewarding part of this internship is the experience I am gaining.  It truly is a holistic business experience that is making me a well-rounded, versatile, cross-functional potential employee or intern. Through Marley Spoon, I have had experience in operations management, transportation logistics, quality assurance, procurement, and project management.  These skills and experiences are only learnable through a real-life business experience, and not something that can be taught in class.  It has truly made me more confident with who I am as a business student.

If you or someone you know is debating whether to do this GBI program, I would highly recommend it.  There is nothing that can beat this program, and the things you’ll learn will help you forever.
