Last week, I had the opportunity at work to do a training workshop for some of the employees. I decided to do my workshop on the importance of marketing yourself on LinkedIn.
I spent a couple weeks doing research and preparing my presentation. Finally the ay had some and I was a bit nervous. This was going to be my first training workshop that I would conduct. I had always sat in a watched how my supervisors ran their workshops so I was eager but nervous for it to be my turn.
The turn out was great. I taught the workshop to about 10 employees. We engaged in discussions about what I had gone over and about some of the employees experiences with LinkedIn. It was great. I got great reviews from my colleagues. I hope to do it again before I leave.
