A Trip to Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford

Recently we had our second day trip that was organized by CAPA. I had signed up to go to Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.

Stratford-upon-Avon is the town where Shakespeare was born. Its a very small town with mostly small shops, markets, and museums that showcase a lot a Shakespeare’s work. My friend Ali and I had about an hour to explore on our own. We went inside of Shakespeare’s childhood home and browsed the markets.

After, we went to Oxford University. It was abeautiful campus. We learned about who graduated from Oxford and even how spots on Oxford’s campus inspired Harry Potter and Narnia The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
