A Garden and a Feast

Today was another relaxed day in Ireland, similar to the ones we have had the past few days. After attending class, we only attended the National Gallary of Ireland and the Irish Botanical Gardens. One of the best things about today was being able to have another girls day. Since we are not in the same room, there has been little time to spend with all of the girls. It was really nice to enjoy the beautiful garden and nature with all of the girls.

Following the Irish Botanical Gardens, Elgin, Paige, and I embarked on a shopping trip in the North part of the city to try and go thrift shopping. Sad to say that we all came back empty-handed; none of us were able to find anything worthwhile. Paige and I have attempted to go thrifting a few times, but it is safe to say the thrift stores in Dublin are not what we hoped they would be.

Another highlight from today was our meal with Brad. Our room consisting of Minori, Ryan, and James has a pretty good dynamic as it is. Today we shared our very fancy meal with Brad, which made our group exceptional. Below is a picture of the entire group sharing an amazing meal. IMG_5286.JPG

Our big feast today with Brad made me realize how sad I will be to leave Ireland and the group. Even though I will be rooming with one of them and sharing a building with half of them, the Woodcocks have become a great group and it will be so hard to leave.
