Hello! My name is Isabel Keidan and I am an incoming freshman at Pitt Business, pursuing a major in accounting as part of the 3+1 BSBA/Macc Accelerated program. I’m from the suburbs of Chicago (where I attended Oak Park and River Forest High School) and I love to play and teach tennis in my free time!
As part of the Business Honors program, I am currently participating in the Haller Global Honors Fellowship for summer 2021. I applied for this fellowship to have an opportunity to meet some of my peers before getting on campus, as well as to gain some invaluable field experience. For this program, my team specifically is working on Donor Assessment and Fundraising Enhancement, and I have taken on the role of presenter. As the presenter, I am responsible for ensuring that our team creates a clear, concise, and engaging presentation for our client. I am very excited to work with Southwark Pensioners Centre, as this is a great opportunity to partner with an organization that does meaningful work, make connections with my classmates, and ready myself for my first semester on campus this fall. I am confident that this program will help me build my professional and personal network while preparing me for my future career in the business world.
I am eager to see what my team can accomplish over the next two weeks and honored to represent Pitt abroad. H2P!
