My professional development takeaway was to develop my network. During my time on campus, I grew my LinkedIn connections which showed me how powerful it is to have strong connections. I can reach out to people about anything related to my professional goals, which makes my network a valuable asset.

My personal development takeaway was how important it is to have friends around you who lift you up. During my time in Pittsburgh, the 7 of us had fun together and it was helpful to have other people who made the experience more fun and encouraging. An example of this was at the basketball court, where having other people with me made it a lot more fun and helped everyone to improve.
