Thinkhouse – 08.10.2022

Later today, we’ll be visiting Thinkhouse, a marketing agency who can claim partnership with some pretty prominent names. Something that I recognized from the company’s website that could be utilized elsewhere, perhaps in DoOrder’s case, but more realistically across all businesses everywhere, was the organizational self reflection to recognize that there was a certain customer group that was disengaged from their service, to ask how to engage them, and to implement necessary adjustments to their overall strategy.

Another interesting project of theirs was to integrate the travel industry into the digital world, making company’s known to younger people who’s activities are primarily digital. Again, this is a good example of pinpointing the characteristics of a particular group and accommodating them.
