I will be able to demonstrate my credibility by researching my deliverable and showing that the things I say are backed up with facts. Our team can also establish that we are credible by showing that we have done our research on Shareclub and we know what her company is all about. We have already done this to a certain extent by being prepared for our first meeting and asking a lot of questions.  

We will make a connection with Sarah by showing that we are truly interested in Sharclub and her mission. We will also make sure we ask her about each of our areas to make sure that the direction we are going is what she wants for her company.
